My latest promo sessions..

It was on last saturday as scheduled.. the session start as early as 8am and i had a rest from 11am to 4pm.. we continue the last session at 4.30pm.. and end bout 6pm.. A tiring one.. but full of fun.. :-) Here are 3 of them.. enjoy! (i shud do this more in the future insyaallah.. so stay tune for another promo k!)

Sabtu lepas jumpa dengannya lagi.. kali ni nampak sudah besar dia.. agak kurang berisi seperti dalam gambar ni.. tetapi tetap comel dengan rambut yg diikat dua.. abgnya Yusof pun sudah besar.. malah mereka berdua baru sahaja menerima kedatangan adik baru dalam dunia mereka..

thanks for ur opinions.. I've always loved playing with colours.. but now i would like to apply some dramatic looks on my photos.. something different from my fresh colourful pics (which i think it really suit for kids) plus there is no harm to try rite?.. i had this idea for making my photographs looks more classic...yes.. i am purposedly adding the noise & grain effect to this photo.... i've played with gradient, and had some changes on the saturation to fade the colours.. or should i just loose the colours of the hat as well? I am not sure either this photo give a good impact to the viewers..

so now i would like to put the original pic of this photo.. which one do u prefer.. ? the classical view or my normal colourful cheerful photograph?

Family Portrait

Hati mudah tersentuh biasanya apabila saya mengambil gambar family.. saya suka melihat interaksi sesama mereka.. cara mereka berhubung antara satu sama lain.. and especially the way they comfort each other.. bila anak menangis.. apa yang perlu ibu dan ayah lakukan.. kerjasama.. kegembiraan yang jelas terpancar.. seronok saya melihat dan lebih seronok lagi bila diberikan peluang merakam saat2 seperti itu..

apa yang lebih saya suka apabila ada antara mereka yang kadangkala tidak menyedari kehadiran saya dan Gracey di situ.. walaupun setiap dari mereka ini lahir dari latar belakang yang berbeza.. dan gaya kehidupan mereka mungkin juga berbeza tetapi ada satu sahaja perkara yang sama dalam hati mereka iaitu.. cinta terhadap keluarga masing-masing.. sesuatu yang tidak ada tolok bandingnya ... cinta ibu dan ayah kepada anaknya.. sesungguhnya memang tiada galang gantinya..

Bila tgk2 balik baru saya perasan tidak banyak gambar family yang saya letakkan di sini kan? berbanding dengan gambar baby & kanak2.. but it doesn't mean i didn't capture any pictures of the family at all.. I know how important the family for each of us.. byk juga yang saya ambil sebenarnya.. it just not a piece of photograph.. but it was the memories that we cherish & preserved..

These are some of the family pictures i took in recent sessions.. I hope the pictures could tell us that in our life, the greatest happinesses are family happinesses. And i'm grateful for making them happy... :-)

Having fun with the girlsss...

2 different sessions at 1 same location.. :-)

Am now looking for a new strategic location to shoot :-) so petang2 bawak anak jalan2 sambil carik2 tempat yang sesuai.. :D any suggestion out there? your ideas are most welcome ;-)

saya nak mintak maaf byk2.. sebab due to my tight schedule sekarang ni.. saya hanya mampu up sket2 dulu gambar from the photoshoot.. nak kena biasakan diri dulu dengan jadual baru saya ni... ;-) nanti bila ada masa lain... saya akan sambung lagi, ok!

Happy Birthday Najla & Naimi!

I had the chances of photographing a birthday party for these 2 sweet sisters Najla & Naimi recently.. At first I tot it was only for Najla.. rupa2nya utk adiknya sekali.. ye lah..

biasanya kalau ada adik beradik yang rapat macam ni.. we have to plan the party for both.. betul tak.. ;-) Actually their mom was my boss when i was in Apex.. Thanks kak Alin for this opportunity and thanks for trusting me.. jasamu di kenang.. jasamu ketika daku bekerja di sana dulu pun tetap ku kenang.. :D

The party was private and sooo sweet.. paling takleh lupa ayam yang Jid masak.. leh kalah

Kenny Rogers hahaha (alamak jgn kena saman dah..) walaupun i just got to taste it at the end of the party eventhough masa amik gambar ayam tu bau dia punya lah sedapnya..( ye ler.. kena bertugas kan time tu) tapi puas jugak makan.. terima kasihh.. :D

... and here are their cousins yang memeriahkan lagi hari tu.. 3 of them i've photographed before (u might recognized them :-)) .. Imran the youngest one dah nampak chubby sket.. sungguh comel rasa nak gigit2.. their dad was my x-boss as well when i was in IT dept at Apex.. jasamu juga kukenang ok! :D jangan lupa contact2 untuk amik gambar garden nnt ye...ekekkeke..

and these 4 more children are Kak Shima's kids.. waiting their turn to be shoot by me.. hehhehe (ye ke kak? dah dpt 'greenlite' dah hari tuuu?)

All of them are very camera friendly.. i love shooting them.. and i had fun shooting the party.. thanks for the great moment!

Shooting or soothing a baby.. :D

Seronok sebenarnya shoot baby at this kind of age.. but u must be surprised if said.. umur mcm ni lah paling challenging nak amik gambar.. tak tau nak expect apa yang akan berlaku.. their mood will easily change.. tp as usual.. dari awal2 lagi saya sudah bersiap sedia dengan sebarang kemungkinan yang berlaku ;-)

This is Ryan.. masa ni umur dia dah 2 bulan lebih.. baru je habis pantang.. comel kan? dia nampak tidur dengan nyenyaknya kan.. tapi sebenarnya dia tak berapa sihat hari tu.. baru lepas kena jab.. so mood pun berubah2 sket..


Walaubagaimana pun saya tetap suka gambar2nya..dan saya harap his parents loves it too..sebenarnya nak letak byk lagi gambar dia.. tapi my flickr has problem la recently.. mcm susah sgt nak upload gambar.. tak tau lah kenapa.. so enjoy these dulu ok!

ok.. i'm off now.. nak kena pergi Sri Damansara to shoot a new born baby.. cant wait to see her!

my Lil' Miss Dreamy

Hai.. memang tak boleh tahan betul amik gambar tuan puteri kayangan sorang ni.. she was celebrating her 7th birthday bash that evening.. and before they started the party.. we had this super mini session together dekat pak at the condo.. i was not prepare for the camera yet.. tapi dia dah siap pose atas meja.. i just want to change the lense.. but dia dah siap sengih sampai ke pipi.. senang sungguh kerjaku pada hari itew.. ekkeke..

She posed just like a professional model.. hahhaha.. gerakan yang sangat pantas dan bertukar2 dari satu pose ke pose yang lain.. fuh sungguh dasat! her expression pun bertukar mengikut gaya yang dipersembahkan.. terhibur betul la tgk gaya dia.. even masa up gambar ni pun saya tak sudah2 ketawa.. this girl really loves the camera.. and the camera loves her too.. rasanya mungkin dia byk membaca majalah agaknya kan.. so may be she got the idea from there.. lupa pulak nak tanya what her ambition is? ekekke.. mungkinkah ingin menjadi pragawati? ohhhh menjeritlah Kak Wan nanti..kekeke

Lepas habis shoot kat playground tu.. kami sambung lagi the session kat dalam bilik pulak sebab kat luar dah hujan.. and nampak gayanya tuan puteri is still in the mood.. and i shoot her pic with her younger sista too..!

yeah! they both got attitude.. anak sapaaa la niiii.. ekekekke

She was the baby with the red ribbon

Ingat tak lagi baby comel with sparkling eyes ni saya shoot bout in May last year.. ? 7 month after that we meet again.. and sekarang ni.. tgk la perubahan pada diri dia..

One thing I love bout my job is.. i have the chances to watch the kids grow and captured their pictures in the most beautiful way..

She was still like the one i met 7 month before.. she even had her own trademark now.. suka kerut2 kening.. rasanya saya perasan tu masa shoot dia baby lagi.. memang dia dah start kerut2 kening.. but that is sooooo cute.. I dont have many words to say here.. let the pictures speak.. yang pastinya.. she has really brighten up my day!

Some more of Masya..

If u may notice, i didnt get many pics of her smiling.. but honestly.. it was not the only think i aim in a photoshoot.. (many parents were so worried about this.. yeah.. but dont wory i know how does it feel.. ;-) its normal to be worried bout that anyway :D)

but here is the truth..kids.. they are totally adorable on everything they do.. smiling and laugh may not promised u the best shots.. the most important thing to me is they stay who they are.. and they act naturally.. so it will gives me a good space of my own to photographed them.. i will find what special in them.. and obviously.. each kids are different with others.. some will look straightly to my camera.. and some were not.. but that is how it works.... ;-)

For Masya.. there was nothing to be rushed.. no need to force her smile.... because there is something in her that is unspeakable.. she showed me her true colour.. her eyes especially.. hit me! i think there was her strenght ... but.. sorry masya.. auntie kacau nap maysa hari tu.. ekekkeke.. we will have another session together soon.. this time i hope she will be more comfortable with me.. :D see u, darling!

Its hard to believe.. i'm loosing my friend
I cant believe it could be..

Deep inside my heart, I will always admire her talent.. i always appreciate her of what she's been doing so far.. and she will always be my inspiration..
She doesn't have to know that.. because i know she wont believe it..

Heart..

She was just 900+g on the day she was born. Today i just realized how fast she has grown up..
She has grown up to be a very beautiful young girl..

too bad.. I missed her 4th birthday last month due to my packed schedule.. but i knew she and friends really had a blast ( my son esp eventhough i was not there..)

.... and today we pay her and family a visit and spent our beautiful afternoon together.... For my frequent visitors they might know who she is.. i took her pics several times before.. like her mom, she is someone special to me..
